I've led a lifetime of rigorous exercise. 17 years competitive swimming, 15+ years weight lifting with mild calisthenics, and a lifetime of not stretching nearly enough. I'm a bit older now so I don't bounce back nearly as quick as I used to. Fortunately, I had the pleasure to cross paths with Dr. Thomas years ago.
